Meet Sarah Ashley Neal (SAN)

Sarah's spent half a century learning how to be herself and believes that inner and outer transformations take place more quickly when we allow the mind and body to work in harmony and find peace.

Combining her CIPD training and holistic therapy skills, equips Sarah to deliver a range of coaching and well-being activities. All of the products she develops are about ‘Getting to Know Yourself Better from Inside Out’ and deepening self-awareness—because what worked for you yesterday may not support your well-being today.
