The T.I.M.E Compass is an easy-to-use four-part tool for exploring one area of wellness at a time through the framework, whether it’s managing stress, eating well, building confidence, or any other part of life that needs attention.

All our personal resources have a budget. In real life, that might show up as time constraints, depleted energy, financial challenges, gaps in knowledge, or other circumstances that affect how we show up for ourselves 

The Results? People feel more equipped to make healthier choices – at work and in life – when they understand what’s holding them back and why.

Why It's Different?

What makes the T.I.M.E Compass different is that it doesn't start with solutions – it starts with what's actually possible, based on each person's current “budget” of personal resources.

It recognises that we all work within limits – some real, some perceived – and instead of pushing people to do more, it helps them understand what they need, what's getting in the way, and where they can take action in a way that works for them.

It's not a set of instructions or a motivational workshop. It's a tool to explore what’s really going on behind the scenes when people struggle to prioritise their own wellbeing – especially when they say they don’t have time, information, money or energy.
