C.A.P.A.B.L.E:
The Holistic Mindset Strategy
A practical, repeatable and adaptable experience
How often does a well-being strategy look good on paper, but life has other plans?
“A well-being strategy is like a business plan. It starts with clarity until real life gets in the way”. SAN
The What, The How
& The Why
C.A.P.A.B.L.E is a practical, mindset-first framework that returns ownership of well-being to the individual, through a process that’s structured, flexible and grounded in real life — in ways that feel relevant, realistic and personal.
Through seven clear steps, it connects mindset to real-life choices and habits, structured enough to support progress, flexible enough for people to feel like they truly own their journey.
The results? People feel more empowered and motivated to care for their well-being, building resilience along the way. For managers, this means a more engaged team and fewer quick-fix interventions that deliver short-term returns without long-term impact.

7-Step Framework
How to Create a Holistic Well-being Mindset That Works For You!
Participants begin by creating a personal well-being landscape — a snapshot of how life looks and feels right now. From there, they focus on one area they think is a priority and explore it through each step, building self-awareness.
It’s a process designed to guide people through a full exploration of that area of their well-being, even if they don’t end up setting a goal around it. Sometimes the real insight is simply understanding why that area felt important in the first place.
Along the way, people might shift priorities, uncover something unexpected, or realise the change they thought they needed isn’t what matters most. That’s not a detour — it’s the process doing its job. If a priority no longer feels quite right, they can revisit their landscape and choose again.
Are you introducing well-being activities with an emphasis on an individualised approach?

Why It's Different?
What makes C.A.P.A.B.L.E different is that it doesn’t tell people how to feel better. It gives them the structure to find out what could work for them, after creating their own well-being landscape from the outset.
It recognises that real change doesn’t start with goals. It starts with mindset. The way we think, feel and act is always connected, and this framework gives people a way to explore those links without self-judgement or external noise.
It’s not a checklist or a one-size-fits-all model. It’s a flexible, repeatable process that meets people where they are and builds awareness, choice and ownership from the start.
"Well-being isn’t something you wear when you feel like it. It’s always part of you - just a better fit on some days!" SAN
Do You CAP Your Ability?
We often tell ourselves we’re not ready. Not qualified. Not the kind of person who does that. Before we even begin, we’ve already decided what’s possible and quietly capped our own ability.
We may think capability looks a certain way – confident, polished, already on top of things. We often back away from change because we’ve decided we can’t, or that it’s not for us. But capability isn’t about perfection or natural talent. It’s something we build, uncover and grow through awareness and reflection.
The C.A.P.A.B.L.E framework exists to remove those caps and to expose untapped potential and support people to move forward with more clarity, confidence and self-trust.

What do all these employees have in common?

Mindful?
As a manager, supporting employee well-being, you understand how your organisation could benefit from well-being activities. Is building resilience one of them?

Relaxed?
Emotional and physical self-care often determines how well we cope with with disappointment in the workplace and at home, as these areas increasingly overlap.

Peaceful?
If you asked your workforce what they'd like to know more about to improve their overall well-being, you'dreceive a variety of responses. So, how can you please everyone?
